As a part of the Cranberry Township community for over 5 years, we know that
everyone's journey is different. Nobody's motivation or solution is the same.

​

Beyond offering HiiT, Strength, and Performance group classes as the core of what we do,
we also offer personal and small group sessions, and nutrition guidance.

But really, what we offer is something more:

A connection.

 

A sense of belonging to something bigger than just yourself.

Our Methods

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Our specialized Afterburn workouts use a combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Active Rest Training to get your body to burn more fat and calories than traditional workouts burn in only half the time. They also keep your metabolism working at a higher rate for up to 32 hours after each workout.


Every group training session is led by an experienced and certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun, high energy, and challenging so that you burn the maximum fat and tone your muscles.


We also modify our workout programs to fit your individual fitness goals and fitness level. Whether you're new to working out or you're an experienced fitness buff, our professional trainers and coaches will help modify every workout so that you'll achieve your goals!


Our workouts are done in a dynamic group setting which dramatically increases your odds of success through group accountability and an addictive atmosphere of fun and community. Plus, this empowers you to get personal-training-level results for only a fraction of what it would normally take to hire a 1-on-1 personal trainer.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training workouts combine cardio and strength using body weight exercises and basic equipment and are designed for all ages and all fitness levels. One of the best workouts you can get.

Strength

Designed to develop lean muscle mass to increase your metabolism while not working out. The slower pace and less technical movements will help you lift more, tone your body, and burn more calories at rest.

Performance

Performance emphasizes your body’s core and aids in the development of whole body strength and support. Combining core movements and HIIT timing, we focus on correct form.

One-on-One

We'll match you with the perfect trainer for your fitness level and goals. During your 30 minute sessions, you'll work together to focus not just on working out, but perfecting proper form and function.
